This project currently does not have any explicit contributing guidelines. It would be nice to have some guidelines on reporting issues, contributing patches, etc..

Would that work as a Template? https://github.com/gnikit/fortls/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md

Of course we will have to the fortls specific stuff but it covers most things
