Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Comments like TODO(username) and TODO(@username) are widely usable in collaborative development but not supported by default in todo-comments.

Describe the solution you'd like

It makes sense to highlight them out of the box instead of making user to write custom regexps.

Writing custom highlight.pattern

I would love this. It would go well with Ruff's TD002 rule.
