If network rig is connected then QLog crashes.

It crashes when dummy rig is connected and it is connected to rigctld. Must be verified against a real rig.

Tested with the same configuration against hamlib 4.4 without any problem. (previous crashes were hamlib 4.3.1)

it is an issue of Hamlib/Hamlib#855 (fixed in 4.4)

Get PWR is disabled for for hamlib 4.2 and 4.3
