CA legs not using VNAV data

Issue verified on stable/dev 4K as well

Describe the bug

CA legs calculate the distance based on fixed values. (Seems to calculate based on ALT-MSL and 3 NM per 1000ft). That leads to distance way tooo large for the CA legs

In that case the legs has roughly 6NM. However according to VNAV it should be placed even before D1KLO.

Expected behavior

CA legs should use data by VNAV to calculate more precise distances towards reaching the desired altitude
