Bug Description

Following the installation instructions for Flow and SUMO on MacOS Catalina, sumo-gui triggers a Segmentation Fault 11. It turns out there is a bad version of fox bottled with Catalina.

Here is the fix that worked: eclipse-sumo/sumo#6242 (comment)
