Add subs forward and backward time control and remove not working providers if its diy tell me how to add more providers please.

Subtitles manual delay fix have been planned after the addition of SuperStream, expect it to come on the next few updates.

its diy tell me how to add more providers please

Since the app doesn't support installable providers (bc its not been planned yet), I haven't configured much of the provider testing, so contributed/diy providers are not yet allowed.

Also, Ive yet to setup a workflow for the repo. Still kinda new to version control 😅
