Move To Svelte

Currently this site is just plain html,
if we want to expand this site with more content aka sub pages then i could think about starting to convert this into a svelte site.

We chose to do plain html from the start to make it easy to work with GitHub pages, witch we no longer use.

I'm all for it, as long as I can continue to edit our copy by simply editing a simple .html or .md file :)

Would our site still work for no-js users?
