RAMP command not working in my FDS code

My laptop is windows 11 and I am currently running FDS version 6.5.3. I am using FDS for my mechanical engineering final year project to study wind direction change effect on fire accidents. Below is the RAMP command that I am trying to execute. I've tried various ways (like using VENT but it doesn't give me the right output) and yet still no prevail. Is this because of Windows 11 or is my FDS not quite up to date?

Can anyone suggest how do i solve this issue?

The RAMP Code:

The version you are using is quite old. I would recommend trying with the latest version.
