Thanks for the report, the log doesn't show any errors, can you type Event Viewer into the Windows start menu search > Click Windows logs > Click Application > Screenshot any errors that have Files.exe shown on the first line. |

Description
We were using SOPHOS connet to connet to our server. When browsing the content on the server with Files, it loads slower than windows file explorer, and crashes time to time. When browsing local drives it works great.
Steps To Reproduce
browse the network drive
Randomly freeze, then close by itself
Files Version
3.9.1.0
Windows Version
10.0.26100.3037
