问题描述：./venus -h帮助信息中，只有State COMMANDS下的命令其实属于./venus state的子命令，直接放到venus帮助信息中不太合理，且这部分信息已包含在./venus state -h帮助信息中

建议：./venus -h中去除State COMMANDS帮助信息展示
