In 2022, we are looking for a way to change Filecoin to real data storage. It is an opportunity for us. Allocation Strategy

How do you plan on allocating the DataCap requested above? Please describe your allocation strategy with as much specificity as you can. This includes the target amount per client and rate at which you'll allocate DataCap.

All types of industries and entities are supported, especially film and television companies and artists willing to use Filecoin to store real useful data created from their businesses. Therefore, we will lower the threshold and requirements for the customer's first DataCap allocation application, and cooperate with guidance to ensure that the DataCap initially obtained by the user can be used properly. While ensuring the real needs of users, it is necessary to increase the cost of doing evil, and the disclosure and collection of information is particularly important. For public data, media and entertainment data, it will involve the storage content of customers. The content must have content that can be browsed publicly ( Usually compressed videos or pictures), since this type of data often involves copyright issues, we prefer to cooperate with entity associations. There are often groups of various artists or creators in the region. There are strict rules, considering these specifics, we will mainly allocate the relevant DataCap according to the following priorities:
1> The customer's basic organizational and personal information (must be publicly available with a corresponding number).
2> Whether you are willing to sign an electronic agreement for the stored content.
3> Data authenticity and validity (make a verifiable version that matches what is stored).
4> For large associations or organizations, we are also willing to increase the allocation of DataCap.
5> For users who do not use DataCap effectively for the first time, it will affect his next application.

How do you plan on securing the DataCap to ensure your organization (and its delegated members) are the ones allocating the DataCap?

1> An agreement will be signed when the customer obtains the relevant DataCap allocation, and the number and version of the agreement will be uniformly generated by the general manager.
2> The relevant keys must coexist offline and in physical form, and be held by a notary.
3> For other applicants, the notary needs to submit the application to the general person in charge, and enter the applicant evaluation process after weighing the usage.
4> We will pay close attention to ensure that the client's approval is not missed while ensuring a fair and equitable DataCap approval. 5>The general person in charge and the notary shall not be the same person.

What processes will you employ when granting additional DataCap to a client that has previously been verified? This includes confirming that the client is not improperly using the DataCap they were previously granted, i.e., making deals with a single SP entity.
