As a web3 service provider, OpenGate joined the Filecoin network in March 2021 and has been devoting to  develop the Filecoin community and ecosystem. 

We have built the first NFT marketplace based on the Filecoin ecosystem-Opengate,and as a key member of community,we joined the Filecoin Orbit Community Program Spaceship (check here:https://medium.com/orbit-community/filecoin-orbit-community-program-newsletter-1-a85030ac66de), 

We also have a good relationship with the Filecoin Foundationand want to commit to the development of the Filecoin ecosystem and network in the long term.

OpenGate joined the Filecoin network in March 2021 and has been working on building the Filecoin community and developing the ecosystem all the  time.

During the participation, we co-host an informative AMA with the Filecoin Foundation in August 2022,aiming to further discuss the Orbit Community Initiative and the future of the Filecoin ecosystem. This conference event was held on Discord and had over 1,000 attendees.

Besides, our team will routinely host OpenGate Community Call to propagate  Filecoin better.
Our first call focusing on "why Filecoin can be an infrastructure layer for NFT"was hosted in Australia in March this year and spread to global.

In May this year, we held our second community event in Vancouver and the session on how to use IPFS URLs and CIDs in NFT and metadata to ensure that NFT always references the expected data!

OpenGate was co-invested by the Australian Gold and Silver Exchange (AGSX) and the Australian International Digital Currency Exchange (ADCX) in 2018.
And OpenGate was founded with the mission to create a decentralized, efficient and low-cost NFT marketplace.By building a reliable Web 3. retrieval storage network for NFT,we hope it can protect the rights of creators and investors 

We have built the world's first NFT market based on Filecoin ecosystem, and established a mature NFT collection, auction and purchase process. We will continue to grow it rapidly with the support of the community,and now it have over 30,000 registered members.

At present,our company have signed up 168 famous artists including Tian Liusha , and 10 famous musicians including Joseph Feng. 
And we have many popular NFT IP series on the platform, including the crypto bear club series, Earth and Dreams series, Bored Ape Filecoin series, and the famous Asian animation "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" series.

Concreteness of Allocation Plan

Allocation Strategy

How do you plan on allocating the DataCap requested above? Please describe your allocation strategy with as much specificity as you can. This includes the target amount per client and rate at which you'll allocate DataCap.

To prevent abuse, we will strictly review clients' information before allocation. There is our allocation process:
Client KYC process
For clients, we will review whether they have applied for datacap before. For clients who have application record, we will check their past allocation records and community participation, and review the fairness of their allocation, and whether there are any suspicious behaviors that break filecoin standards. For a new one, we will conduct a specific KYC process for individual or company entity to ensure that their identity information is true and effective (check the details on Client Due Diligence).

Application review
After clients passing KYC,we build different audit strategies according to different types, and adopt phased allocation strategies for each allocation of DataCap, which can be summarized as follows.
(i) Different types of clients have different allocation and audit rules.
(ii) The allocation at different stages has different quota and audit system.
(iii) The approved DataCap will be delivered to clients in batches to ensure that we can trace the use of DataCap allocation.

(v) Applicants who fail to pass the preliminary examination will be required to provide supplementary information. Applicants who fail to pass the re examination and refuse to provide supplementary information will be rejected

How do you plan on securing the DataCap to ensure your organization (and its delegated members) are the ones allocating the DataCap?

By using Ledger Nano X wallet and  multisig-wallet.

Client Due Diligence

How will you vet the clients that are applying for DataCap? What questions will you ask to ensure your trust is placed well and that clients can properly handle the DataCap you intend to allocate to them?

For all clients, they must go through a strict KYC process.In addition to collecting relevant information from the Filecoin community, we will also audit the identity of our clients from the following aspects;
 
  1.Entity information
 - Incorporation documents, including registration/company/information certifications. 
 - Government issued entity identification number.
 -Company shareholding information and whether there are another related entities of interest
 
 2. Authorized Representative Information
 - Direct relationship between the authorized representative and the company, and credible evidence.
 - Evidence that proves the representative's identification, such as passport/residence card/ID card.
 
 3. Company business and trade
 - Legal name of the company, main business direction, team scale.
 -official website/social media that can prove the company's business, and provide official email address
 -Website of Industrial and Commercial Bureau that can verify the company's information
 
After KYC process, we will also investigate the allocation process of client, including but not limited to the following list of questions.
 1. Please provide the information of entity, including organization name, business scale, social medias, and business license (better be sent via official email); If you are an individual, please provide your identity information and active accounts in the Filecoin network (github/slack/twitter)
2. Where did you learn about the Filecoin? When did you join the Filecoin? Why do your want to store your data on the Filecoin network?
3. Where are your data from? How about the size of your data? And What kind type and format of your data are?Please provide more than 3 sample types.
4.Does your company own the copyright of the data you store? Please specify whether there are other stakeholders or related entities.
5. How many SPs do you want to select to store the data? What is the proportion of your allocation plan?

What processes will you employ when granting additional DataCap to a client that has previously been verified? This includes confirming that the client is not improperly using the DataCap they were previously granted, i.e., making deals with a single SP entity.

Bookkeeping Plan

All allocation decisions can be publicly queried on Github and dashboards and supervised by the community.

As it mentioned above, all our allocation records are public and transparent. If there is any dispute, we will respond in Slack and Github immediately; And we will form an audit team under specific conditions to provide information to the notaries, respond to disputes and audit again.
