 We are a Chinese company, Chinese name is 深圳市悦科云科技有限公司 , We are a company focusing on IPFS distributed storage application research. 
 Established on August 23, 2021，I'm the founder of the company.

What is the primary source of funding for this project?

The initial stage is self investment, we are going to produce 10000 Debox devices and market oriented sales.

 making storage deals in China ，The storage submitter we tested was f0709366，After applying for datacap, we will choose more Chinese storage service providers

How will you be distributing your data to storage providers? Is there an offline data transfer process?

Our products are developed based on IPFs protocol. All products will be connected to our lotus client to transmit data through public network or LAN

How do you plan on choosing the storage providers with whom you will be making deals? This should include a plan to ensure the data is retrievable in the future both by you and others.

At the beginning, we will select f0709366 as the node，Our company is also preparing to become a storage service provider to provide storage services for our users，After the datecap application is completed, we will start the new miners

How will you be distributing deals across storage providers?

We have developed our own storage deal software for storing in Filecoin. We are also considering open source storage deal software。
Initially, we will choose 5-10 storage service providers，Most of these storage service providers are ready to start over。

Can you please state that you read the rules that are stated here and especially the part that the Storage providers you are going to use will allow retrieval of the data for the full period of the deal time? It seems the miner you used for testing does not allow retrieval and i want to avoid misunderstandings here.

How many users do you have now? Is there already 5PiB data? If the data source is only user backup data. At 512GiB per user, you probably need more than 10,000 users.

@Sunnyiscoming We have produced 10000 devices, which are mainly sold to China. Each device has 16TB of space. The sales target of this devices is families.

@litai686 As you said, this dataset is more suitable for the private enterprise data request pattern.

As Deep mentioned filecoin-project/notary-governance#514, you will need to find notaries that can support your application since it includes private enterprise data.

You will need to follow a process similar to filecoin-project/notary-governance#489. This means:

Find notaries that can support your application. You can do this best in Slack, #fil-plus or #fil-plus-application-review
Once you have them, make an issue in the Notary Governance repo, similar to filecoin-project/notary-governance#489, stating your plan and the notaries that can support your request
FIL+ governance can then set up a custom LDN for this with those notaries and proceed from there
These additional steps are required to ensure that notaries can establish a relationship with you and back you as a trustworthy client, since the usual deal data will be encrypted and not open to access for the community to validate your actions on chain after DataCap has been used.
