Since 2013, we have completed the production of more than 200 variety shows.
The data set of each project is about 20TiB~70TiB.
200 * 20TiB～70TiB ≈ 4000TiB ～ 14000TiB
Median calculation
200 * 45 TiB = 9000TiB
We plan to make 6 replicas in the world, so we need 50PiB quota.
9000TIB * 6 = 54000TiB

3. About copyright

All stored data sets are produced by XC media, and we have a full set of compliant license contracts with the commercial copyright owners.
We have the responsibility and obligation to provide commercial copyright owners with data set storage services and provide them at any time when they need them.

4.Existing storage scheme of dataset

Hi @Xingchi-Media, I see you have a total of ten applications open. It will be difficult for community members to keep up with the comments under so many issues. I think it would be effective if you could submit a proposal in the governance channel to bring together everyone's opinions.

Second, as far as I know many of the shows you listed are sponsored by China Central Television, which is a nation-owned channel controlled by CCP. There are also many other programs sponsored by states, such as Hunan Broadcasting System which is a local government-owned media. I'm not sure if your company actually owns these programs...

Last, Copyright is still an imperfect field in China, but I believe we can all agree that it is very important as well as licensing. I recommend the Trust and Transparency team and notaries in China who are more aware of local laws and regulations review this application carefully to ensure that no legal disputes will arise.

Because the stored data sets have been broadcast in TV stations, there is no limit to the storage area. Can be stored anywhere in the world.

1. These SPs are still under communication and screening, and it is estimated that more than 50% of SPs will participate.When there is specific progress, we will update it again.
   Because there are certain legal risks in engaging in the blockchain industry in China,So to ensure the security of SPs, we will not bind SPs with Miner ID.
   We will publish Miner ID list independently，As listed above.

2.Many Miners do not support fast retrieval because they have not participated in Filplus before and have not stored DCs. we Because we are still in the early stage of preparation, we are currently in contact with intentional SPs. When it is determined that XCmedia starts to store data in Filecoin,will urge each Miner ID to comply with Fil plus regulations.

Because we are not SPs, we cannot control the behavior of nodes. When we communicated and checked, all this was normal.

We re communicated with SPs and required constraints, and some SPs chose to quit. Because they were moving the computer room recently, they could not support us to store data in Filecoin in time.
We re established the list of SPs according to the latest situation.

When Fil plus+is loaded, we will irregularly check whether the SPs we cooperate with meet the requirements of Filplus every day. The storage proportion of each node will not exceed 5% of the total.
If there is any violation, we will immediately terminate the cooperation with this SP.

In the first communication with SPs, the technical department of Fsector did plan to participate in the DC storage of XC media.
After Neal reminded us yesterday, we thought Neal's suggestion was very good, so we had a second communication with interested SPs to confirm that some SPs announced their withdrawal, we removed them from the list, and released the latest node information. Earlier today, we updated the latest list, which you can see from the record.
We just got in touch with the technical department of Fsector and checked the history of "Fsector". There are some misunderstandings.
We were contacted by the technical department of Fsector. During this process, the business department of Fsector did not know that they had reached an initial cooperation intention with us. That's why the business department of Fsector questioned us. Now the misunderstanding has been lifted.

This event also sounded an alarm for us. This may be a problem that every client will encounter when auditing SPs.
How to verify that what SPs say is true?
We subsequently decided to adopt the following audit methods:

1. SPs first provide Miner ID
2. We conduct the first audit. If the audit is passed
3. We will ask SPs to use the Miner ID (Worker/Owner) to send a transfer transaction to our DC wallet address as a node holding verification
4. If the transfer transaction is successfully sent, it is determined that the node is owned by SPs

As for the DC transaction mentioned, we are completely unaware of it and said that we are innocent.
Before applying for Fil Plus+, Xc media was a traditional media company. We produced many well-known variety shows.
This is the first time we learned about Filecoin and Fil Plus+through friends.
