Expose admin ClusterRole bound to service accounts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The currect admin ClusterRolebound to the kraan and fluxcd service accounts cannot be changed. Add ability to override ClusterRole name used in ClusterRoleBinding and/or create create a new ClusterRole
