Check for invalid activities and groups

Summary

Check if a template course has an invalid activity or an invalid group.

The list of invalid activities can be configured and contains the type of activity and an activity name pattern.
The list of invalid groups can be configured and contains an idnumber pattern and/or group name pattern.

Motivation

A template course is often created/updated manually from an individual course. In individual courses are activities and groups which should not part of a template course. E.g. module evaluation questionnaire, virtual classroom links, functionallity test questionnaire, groups for a certain class... These activities and groups are added to individual course manually/automatically on course creation or later.

As Administrator,

• I can configure a list of invalid activities with type of activity and an activity name pattern-
• I can configure a list of invalid groups with an idnumber pattern and/or group name pattern.

As editing teacher,

• I can see a list of invalid activities and groups
