Handle exceptions/ignore of results in the details view

For example, a link hidden behind a login can be ignored and added to the existing whitelist.

For example, a reference rate setting can be ignored because it may differ from the default.

If an entry of a finally deleted activity exists, this entry is also deleted (Attention: Recycle bin).

In the RK-EK process, the whitelist is adopted and is thus also available to the EK lecturers during their control.

Motivation

As editing teacher,

• I can whitelist individual results of checkers that have failed. The whitelist entry must be provided with a comment.
• the whitelist of the reference course is used in the individual course.
