Bug report: CW20 indexing also indexes NFTs

Prerequisites

• I checked the documentation and found no answer to my problem.
• I checked the existing issues to make sure my problem has not already been reported.
• I have read the code of conduct before creating this issue.

Expected Behavior

CW20 indexing should only pick up on CW20 minting, transfers, burning etc.

Current Behavior

CW721 and 1151 are both indexed when minting

Steps To Reproduce

Deploy CW721 and mint a new token, observe CW20 handler being triggered.
