Some programs with mouse capture (like FPS games) fail to prevent the virtual cursor from moving & leaving the screen #132

Tested in Fortnite, if you keep moving the viewport to the right (and you have a virtual monitor bound there) your cursor switches monitors. Strangely can't reproduce in browsers, Team Fortress 2, Fall Guys, or Minecraft.

(Same environment as #46)

Must be something about how these games handle the cursor position.
I will add a patch to log the absolute cursor position to investigate this
