Description
When you go to edit mode on system painel an try add widget, plasmashell crashes and you can't add your widget

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Update system
In my panel i have: app menu, global menu and system tray widgets
Try to add new widget

Expected behavior
Just add a widget
