Feren os 2022.07, KDE Plasma 5.25.4 framwork 5.96.0 qt 5.15.5 kernel 5.15.5-46-generic 64 bit Graphics platform x11

Describe the bug
When I start up the computer, My second hard drive is not fully attached. I have shortcuts to folders on the desktop and they don't have their icon, nor do they open, it says it can't find them, the same message I get when I've attached an external drive or flash drive and remove it. But when I click on disk 2, it will open and I need to then click on a folder in it to get it to fully open to normal. Then it works fine until I next start up the computer. This is consistent.

Expected behavior
Before the updates this past 2 weeks, everything was instantly connected and ready to run.

This is resolved. In Settings, removable devices, I had to check that this drive would be automatically connected on Login.
The system is still slower to boot that before the updates, but at least all is working now.

gonna reopen this for now because that's an unintended defaults change.
