Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have to run all tests in the project or don't exactly know where I have put the specific test (300+ tests in the project, 75+ files). Also, it would be great if you could show the duration of the test execution in this sidebar. VSCode Test API has functions that interact with this sidebar.

Hello! It is great that you mentioned this because it is the next step for this project. I am planning the next major version to use the new VSCode testing API to replace the terminal commands, which are version cumbersome to work with.

I am currently busy with my full time job, so I don't know when I will be able to release it, but it will be done at some point.
