Alternative to gpu_flow

Due to compatibility issues of opencv-2.4 with cuda 10.x and higher, I am facing several issues in trying to set up the optical flow extraction tool provided here. Having scoured several forums and overflow websites, I think several other people are also facing similar issues. Is there another tool (preferably python based) that I can use to get the same flow output?
