Currently check for PS5, but we actually need to make sure the system is running 5.1.
Please make sure this is reflected.

Please also make sure to add a requirements section in our readme.
For Windows, it should be:

PS 5.1
Administrative Powershell x64 session
administrative permissions on the system to be audited
