When running a server audit, this check is performed:

Can this review be removed from the server audits to get an accurate report of the servers?

None Status do not count toward the compliant numbers and are therefore accurate for reports.

As of now, there is no intention of removing None status in reports, since it is unpredictable whether removing it is actually better or not. The above check is in the security base data, which will be tested on all systems regardless whether it runs or not.
