Describe the feature request

本身有个内网穿zerotier，再用frp的xtcp做个备用，双保险，问题是xtcp会走zeroiter的网卡来穿透，所以请求xtcp添加绑定网卡的功能，让他走正常访问外网的那个网卡

看上去和 #3717 这个 issue 类似。

这里先 close，后续再考虑下具体的方案，在上面的 issue 中跟进。
