Replace benchmark with tinybench

tinybench is scientifically more correct benchmark than benchmark, also separated the benchmarks. Usually I am just interested into the fast-uri benchmarks and not into the uri-js or whatwg.

We should then update benchmarks in the readme no?
And keep uri-js ones static as we've removed it from the packages

@zekth
What do you mean with "keep uri-js ones static"?

I could also just put benchmark in subfolder with separate package.json.

I could also just put benchmark in subfolder with separate package.json.

That would work then and address the issue of having uri-js in the package json indeed.

Looks great. Can we update benchmarks with latest result?
Then good to land.
