Cayuga Medical Center (CMC) has a separate patient portal from the rest of the Cayuga Medical Associates (CMA) network #359. FWIW, I can get a download of my medical history as a zip of CCDA formatted JSON files. They also offer an Android app, MHealth, at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.meditech.PatientPhm. The MEDITECH EHR is described here https://ehr.meditech.com/meditech-ehr-solutions. The CMA and CMC backends are connected, but I don't know what is the technology enabling that.

Meditech has been... a bit difficult to work with. But I'll be doing a big update to include meditech endpoints in Jan.
