[Bug][Epic]: Bayhealth dynamic client error

What happened?

while adding the Bayhealth provider I was able to login to EPIC and allow access to Fasten, but upon redirect back to fasten an error poplates with the following:

we're working on a replacement for the dynamic client registration. This shouldnt be an issue any longer.
The fix should be implemented in Jan.
