that way when a link opens the program or the system opens it, it will remember my choice and always use that network adapter...

in forcebindip (which is not working for some reason on this computer, but yours does), i am able to edit the shortcut to open automatically with the selected adapter, but still not able to have it bind when the system opens it. You cannot edit the actual exe, just a shortcut. so when a link is clicked in outlook, i must already have opened with the bind and have a page open. im asking if there is a way to make firefox bind to wireless adapter even when it's not open already and a link is clicked. Thank you.

Hey,
Well, both forcebindip and this project are able to modify an 'already running' application after execution (even tho this makes the host application unstable). But both also need to know the PID of the new process, therefore they can't do it alone.

However, if you are a developer, you can create a small monitoring application that runs this app (or forcebindip) for every new instance of Firefox after execution.

I am going to keep this issue open as a feature request, I might someday incorporate that into the project (or a new side project); but for now, it is not possible to do so using only this application alone.

I know this is late, just saw this now, best bet is probably to add a trigger to task scheduler.
