ly breaks gpm after login

After login (into e.g. sway or shell) I get the message disable-paste: cannot open mouse connection and then gpm doesn't work in the shell. (FYI, disable-paste is a part of gpm: /usr/bin/disable-paste is owned by gpm 1.20.7.r38.ge82d1a6-5)

FYI, gpm works in the ly prompt screen, although the cursor blinks, maybe because of the animation. Also, if I login into another tty (without ly) everything works fine.
