NotImplementedError during FlopCountAnalysis if submodule decorated by torch.compile

If the model parsed to FlopCountAnalysis contains submodules/functions decorated by torch.compile, the program raises the following errors:

NotImplementedError: Could not run 'aten::_local_scalar_dense' with arguments from the 'Meta' backend. This could be because the operator doesn't exist for this backend, or was omitted during the selective/custom build process (if using custom build).
