Also waiting for this, we made it work with xcodebuild for now |
@ExtremeMan I know there have been some drastic changes in Xcode 7 but when can we expect a new production release of xctool? iOS 9 is public for a month now. |
Thanks for flagging. I want to finish some work before a new release. Give me a week or so, please. |

-1 dude said he needs time. Just saying 👍 |
Didn't mean to seem ungrateful, really appreciate the work going on here @ExtremeMan - just wanted to add my support for a new release |
👍 |
Any update @ExtremeMan ? I'd rather not update all of our build machines to use --HEAD, but need to get this fixed by Monday. |
I apologize for a huge delay. I can probably make a release without changes I am working on now. |
New xctool release is pending approval on homebrew repo: Homebrew/legacy-homebrew#45307. |

New version available via homebrew. |
Thanks! |
👋
I was wondering if we could get a new release soon.
The current public release (0.2.6) hangs running tests with Xcode 7. This is fixed on
master
. We've held off on some Xcode 7 PRs to avoid bakingbrew install xctool --HEAD
into our repositories. But if a release is still a ways off, we'll just go for it.Thanks!
