Issues Suitable for Community Contribution

In this discussion we will list issues/tasks that we consider particularly suitable for a community contribution. The criteria are:

• It is a fairly independent task that doesn't require understand the entire compiler/runtime.
• It is something that Meta doesn't use internally, so is not considered a priority.

So, to start with:

• The Math.random implementation in Hermes is collision prone for the App use case #1169
• Expose important CSPRNG: crypto.getRandomValues #1003
