How do you validate number with comma, aka float?

How do you validate float like 3.14 ?
and also maybe number of digits before/after the comma?

You can use minValue and maxValue. There is no specific validation action for digits before and after the comma yet, but we could add that. Feel free to make suggestions for API and naming. Until then, you can use custom for custom logic.
