Describe the bug

we are unable to add overlay on ongoing live youtube stream

To Reproduce

click play live it will not provide any opetions or capability to add overlay on stream

Expected behavior

we would like to report that features that presented on github page which is stream with overlay of other dynamic content on live ongoing youtube stream
