"Signature reader" *typeId* column is not reset to "0" if *groupId* changed

This bug can not appear under real life conditions!

Description:

Step 1: Use "signature reader" dialog is used to add/update a signature (group and type is set):

ASH-656	Cosmic Signature	Gas Site	Sizeable Perimeter Reservoir	100,0%	11,36 AU

Step 2: Use "signature reader" dialog to update it, with a different group (Gas Site -> Ore Site).

ASH-656	Cosmic Signature	Ore Site		50,5%	11,32 AU

The group changed but type is not! TypeId of "Sizeable Perimeter Reservoir" now points to a "Gas Site" TypeId. In this case "Average Frontier Deposit"
