[Enhancement] Map signature overlays should not overlap systems/endpoints

Description

If "signature overlays" are active for a map, they are positioned next to their related connection endpoints. Overlays sometimes overlap systems or their related endpoint. - Makes it harder to get information from a map.

Changes

• Systems and Connection endpoints should not be hidden from "signature overlys"

New behavior

• Endpoint overlays no longer have a fix x/y offset based of their related endpoint position
• x/y offset for overlays is dynamic calculated by their related endpoint´s anchor position (top, right, bottom, left)
