Background

We want to provide a cuda enabled container for data science with pre-installed cuda enabled data-science libraries
We will base it on top of the template-python-3.8-cuda-conda flavor

Acceptance Criteria

Add flavor
Add packages
- Tensorflow
- Pytorch
- transformer-extenstion
- XGBoost?
- RAPIDS?
- CUPY?
- Numba?
- PyCUDA?
- scikit-cuda?
- onnxruntime-gpu?
Add tests for packages
