Background

We want to use release-droid for publishing new releases. For that we need to be sure that develop branch is up-to-date and compatible with release-droid.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Create a GH Actions which downloads release-droid and runs it on script-languages-releases
  2. The GH Actions should only run when we open a PR from develop to master
