- Rewrite from scratch because previous source code was so teribble.

- Add "-d" option. You can fix on the directory where PNG images
   output.
- Add "-i" option. You can adopt first suffix of PNG images.
   This is useful to combine cursors to make a mutli-sized cursor.
- Return value is changed. Now xcur2png returns the number of output
   PNG images, and returns negative if fail.
- Some small fixes. (use errno, etc...)
