Improving meetings within distributed teams...

  1. Create - Note that a meeting needs to occur for a specific reason
  2. Slot Proposal - Slot calculated and proposed. Based on requested team members, timezones, availability.
  3. Slot Approval - Included team members verify their availability (attend, request new slot, skip)
  4. Schedule - Meeting is scheduled. Team members notified. Video conference room created.
  5. Meet - The meeting is held. Attendance noted for future slot calculations
  6. Archive - Make meeting recordings, notes and other materials available, and attached to meeting.
