Spec question: Solidity would prefer to change EOFCREATE address calculation to include input in hashing: ipsilon/eof#144

Update: Solidity team discussed this internally, and concluded it's not too important to change ipsilon/eof#144 (comment)

Three items I would like to discuss for testing

• Who has "containerKind" implemented and meaningful to the test?
• Who has "isStateTest" implemented in t8n?
• Should we change the testing base to "Prague" and away from "Cancun"?
