The title of the table hardly seen in dark mode

Describe the bug

Under this section in portal networks, the title of the table at the bottom can hardly be seen in dark mode. In light mode or when clicked works fine.

To reproduce

1. Go to How does portal network work
2. Scroll down to the table at the bottom of the section
3. See error in dark mode

Expected behavior

the title easily be seen in dark mode too

Good catch! Thanks @aslikaya... hah, this should definitely not be an image of a table.

We should simply turn this into a markdown table using actual text which can then easily by translated as well. Opening up for a contributor!

• Transcript image table contents into a markdown table, and replace the image embed
• Please leave the image in it's place (do not delete), and leave the non-English pages un-touched (these will be updated separately via Crowdin translation flow)
