Describe the bug

The Bug Bounty page currently renders a paragraph instead of an H1

To reproduce

  1. Go to https://ethereum.org/bug-bounty
  2. Inspect 'Bug Bounty Program'
  3. See error

Expected behavior

The text 'Bug Bounty Program' should be an H1
