I would like to discuss

• stable client release strategies
  • getting stable-/beta-track releases ready for production
  • avoid loss of stability between releases/network launches
• considering a "mainnet candidate" launch in fall rather than a "mainnet"
  • just in case we want to downgrade it to testnet for any reason
  • or define a new genesis time and create a new mainnet genesis
• strategies for dealing with mainnet validators being slashed due to spec or client bugs
• launchpad decentralization
  • it's an operational burden, but what if we had not one but many launchpads?
  • Prysm used to have one for Onyx and Topaz
  • other clients might have something in the works?

These are all less technical and more organizational items, however, and I'm not sure this is the best place for discussing these and wanted to seed these thoughs. Also, I might not be able to make it today.
