DAOstack Hackers Bounty: Buidl a DAICO

Description

DAICO is a relatively new concept for more responsible ICO funds management.
The idea is to give the ICO investors more control over the funds raised by allowing them to:

1. Set a monthly budget for the ICO team.
2. Stop the project and redeem their tokens with the equivalent share of the funds left.

We are offering a bounty for creating a DAICO using the DAOstack platform.
The DAICO should be able to make decisions on the 2 criteria mentioned above, and allow funds raising directly to the DAO.
Bonus: Add Genesis DAO like budgeting management for the DAICO to further enhance the community control over the funds and decision making in the project (You are of course welcome to use Alchemy or any other resource from the DAOstack GitHub to do that).

Bounty:

The bounty amount will be 1000$ USD worth of GEN.
Only one team can be the winner, based on the decision of the DAOstack review team.
