Responses being re-written various times

Hello,

I am experiencing some difficulties with the my chatbot.

When I click on some buttons, the bot will show the reply various times.
I have deleted the cache from my browser and this has solved the issues with some of the action buttons but they re-appeared with other action buttons.

Has anyone experienced this before?
