What?

There is currently no 404 page (goes to a generic github pages 404) because of a bug in the versioning plugin we're using (see jimporter/mike#72). We can wait for someone to tackle the milestone on that project, contribute to that project ourselves, or come up with a temporary workaround.

Not urgent, but would be nice to give a message to users on our pages.
