Infinite loop under Windows #2

Hello,

I am trying to run the dizzy.py under Windows.
Some changes in dizzy.py are mate:

Line 37 "import fcntl" is commented. I will use the source only for usb-dscr and I don't need it. Lines 203, 205 and 279 are commented too.

When I running dizzy.py an infinite loop is observed in usb.py - line 215.
I am not sure but I think that the serial port cannot be opened.

Do you know where is the problem?
